The HABITAT cell sw 0.5 bioreactor vessel offers a 0.5-liter capacity made of borosilicate glass, suitable for cell culture applications. It includes a stainless steel 1.4404 lid, integrated temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, fill level, and foam sensors, as well as connecting accessories. Features a borosilicate glass container with a 90mm inner diameter, height-to-diameter ratio of 1.67, and a working volume range of 0.25 to 0.8 liters. Equipped with a 48V, 75W heating jacket, multiple ports for sensors, feed, aeration, sampling, and temperature control. The stirrer is a centrifugal type with a 34mm, 3-blade impeller, adjustable from 1 to 1400 rpm. Additional equipment includes a PTFE filter, cooling system with a vertical cooler, and various sensors for process control, all designed for high-performance, autoclavable operation compatible with laboratory bioprocessing needs. Suitable for research and development in cell cultivation, scalable with optional control units.
