The IKA HELISTAND Set is a motor-driven stand designed for reliable viscosity measurement of high-viscosity samples such as creams, pastes, paints, and gelatin. It moves attached viscometers and rotation bodies slowly and evenly in the sample to prevent air gaps and ensure accurate readings. Suitable for samples that tend to push the rotor to the edges, creating air channels that invalidate torque measurements. Equipped with adjustable safety switches, the stand supports load capacities up to 3.2 kg and features a maximum stroke of 142 mm. Power supply is 220-230 V at 50/60 Hz, with an energy consumption of 7 W. Compact dimensions (351 x 330 x 262 mm) and lightweight design (6 kg) make it suitable for laboratory environments. The stand complies with IP 40 protection class and does not include interfaces such as RS232, USB, or WLAN.
