The IKA HS 260 control is a horizontal shaker designed for laboratory applications requiring gentle mixing of samples. Its compact and flat design allows easy placement on any lab bench. Equipped with a maximum shaking weight of 7.5 kg and a platform size of 320 x 320 mm, it accommodates a variety of container sizes and shapes. The integrated end-point positioning enables automated, robot-controlled sampling. Features include a digital LED display for easy reading of speed and timer settings, electronic control of speed (10-300 rpm) and timing (1 min to 99 h 59 min), a shaking stroke of 20 mm for uniform mixing, and an operating mode suitable for continuous or timed operation. An RS 232 interface supports external control and documentation via labworldsoft®. Optional accessory combinations allow for diverse vessel types. Custom versions with bidirectional rotation are available upon request, ensuring flexibility for different lab needs.
