The LR 1000 control is a modular, expandable laboratory reactor designed for optimizing chemical reactions and processes like mixing, dispersing, and homogenizing primarily in cosmetics and pharmaceutical laboratories. It features an intuitive touchscreen TFT display, integrated connections for pH and temperature sensors, and multiple interfaces for data recording via PC using labworldsoft® software. The vessel is made of stainless steel (AlSi 316 L), borosilicate glass 3.1, PTFE, PEEK, and FFKM, ensuring chemical resistance. It offers a heating capacity of up to 120°C, with an integrated cooling valve and vacuum capability down to 25 mbar. The reactor includes a weight function, variable stirrer speeds from 10 to 150 rpm, and safety features like automatic shutdown if the vessel or lid is removed. Its versatile design accommodates optional equipment like ULTRA TURRAX® T 25 digital, and features a safety circuit adjustable between 47-225°C. Ideal for research and process development requiring precise thermal and mechanical control, real-time viscosity and torque monitoring, and multi-sensor integration.
