Modular laboratory reactor designed for optimizing and reproducing chemical reaction, mixing, and homogenization processes in 5-liter lab scale. Features include a robust stirrer shaft attachment enabling high torque transfer, reversible rotation for improved mixing of aqueous solutions, and the ability to attach dispersers (ULTRA-TURRAX®), temperature sensors, and flow breakers through the reactor lid. Suitable for vacuum operation down to 25 mbar, with solvent and temperature resistant seals made from FFKM. Equipped with stepless speed regulation and an integrated torque trend indicator for viscosity change measurement. The microprocessor-controlled system maintains constant speed under load.
