IMS LR-5.ST the High-Performer Laborreaktor is a modular laboratory reactor engineered for optimizing and reproducing chemical reaction, mixing, and homogenization processes at a 5-liter scale. It features a robust stirrer shaft connection capable of transmitting high torque, allowing effective mixing. The reactor includes ports for dispersers, temperature sensors, flow breakers, and accessories. Suitable for vacuum operations down to 25 mbar, it uses solvent- and temperature-resistant seals made from perfluor elastomer (FFPM). The system boasts infinitely adjustable rotation speeds, integrated torque trend display for viscosity analysis, and microprocessor-controlled regulation to maintain constant speed under load. Comes with a removable wireless controller for safe operation in lab fume hoods. The reactor enables stirring, dispersing, and temperature control simultaneously under vacuum to minimize air entrainment and improve product quality. Composed of a stand system, high-torque EUROSTAR 200 P4 control stirrer, reactor lid, and safety shutdown, and constructed with AISI 316L, borosilicate glass 3.3, PTFE, PEEK, and FFKM materials. Technical data include a working volume of 2000-5000 ml, max viscosity of 100,000 mPas, temperature range of -50°C to 230°C, and maximum torque of 660 Ncm, with dimensions 460 x 1320 x 430 mm and weight 26 kg. Suitable for environment temperatures 5°C to 40°C with humidity up to 80%.
