IKA MINISTAR 80 control is a high-performance laboratory stirrer designed for precise mixing and stirring in demanding applications. It features a 60W brushless DC motor, electronically controlled variable speed from 0 to 500 RPM, and a large, high-quality LCD display for easy parameter reading. The stirrer supports viscosity up to 60,000 mPas and volumes up to 50 liters, making it suitable for a wide range of chemical and biological processes. Equipped with a PT1000 temperature sensor input and temperature display, it enables accurate temperature monitoring. The device includes a USB port for data logging and firmware updates, and has an IP54-rated, chemically resistant aluminum and thermoplastic housing. It offers a torque display, programmable timer up to 6000 minutes, and microprocessor control for maintaining constant speed despite changing viscosity. The stirrer is compatible with external temperature probes and features a stable clamp mount for lab stands. Designed for durability and precision, it is ideal for research, quality control, and process development environments.
