MI 250 - S is a specially sealed grinding vessel with agitator designed for impact processing. Compatible with MultiDrive basic, it enables dry milling of wood, animal feed, frozen products, and plastics. The vessel's special sealing allows pressure release via the lid during fine Pulverization. The product is held by a specialized foam inside the vessel. It requires manual cleaning, and the agitator is easily disassembled for intensive cleaning. A standard stainless steel agitator is included; additional tools like a star knife or carbide agitator are available separately. Maximum process volume is 250ml with hardness up to 5 Mohs and sample size up to 7mm. The impact principle operates at 3,000–20,000 rpm with surface speeds up to 75 m/s. Suitable for abrasive materials, it is FDA compliant, autoclavable, and designed for batch processing. Dimensions 160x180x160 mm, weight 1.5 kg, maximum ambient humidity 80%.
