IKA S 18 N - 10 G disperser tool designed for precise dispersion in laboratory applications. Suitable for handling volumes from 1 to 100 ml, features a 10 mm diameter stator with an adjustable immersion depth of 25 to 70 mm. The rotor, with a 7.5 mm diameter, operates at up to 25,000 rpm, providing maximum tip speed of 9.8 m/s. Equipped with PTFE slotted ring bearings for chemical resistance, compatible with solvents and abrasive substances. The disperser is sterilizable by all methods, withstands temperatures up to 180°C, and ensures uniform particle size reduction between 10-50 µm for suspensions and 1-10 µm for emulsions. Made from PTFE and AISI 316L stainless steel, ensuring durability and chemical compatibility for demanding lab processes. Weighs approximately 0.094 kg, compact, robust, and suitable for high-precision dispersing applications in research, development, and quality control laboratories.
