The S 25 EC - T - C - 25 G - ST dispersing tool is designed for dispersing applications in biochemistry and pharmaceuticals, such as emulsification of heat-sensitive active pharmaceutical intermediates. It features an integrated temperature sensor for real-time temperature measurement during operation. The device records operating hours via the digital or control disperser T 25 easy clean. Ease of cleaning is optimized; the rotor and shaft can be detached by rotating and lowering the clamp, allowing internal cleaning of the shaft tube. Constructed with ceramic sliding bearings and contact materials of AISL 316L and ceramic, it is suitable for solvents and sterilizable by all methods except hot air. Compatible exclusively with T 25 easy clean digital and control dispersers, it operates within a temperature range of 0-125°C and a maximum speed of 25,000 rpm for effective emulsification and dispersion in liquids from 50 ml to 2000 ml.
