Specially designed disperser tool exclusively for use with the inline disperser UTL 25 digital by IKA. The fully sealed internal system prevents sample ingress into the main drive, enabling safe operation in a horizontal inline position. Features include a 25 mm stator diameter, 17 mm rotor diameter, 0.5 mm gap, maximum speed of 25000 rpm, and maximum linear speed of 22.2 m/s. Adjustable immersion depth from 40 to 85 mm and an installation length of 110 mm. Product contact materials are FFPM / SIC, AISI 316L, and AISI 302. Suitable for liquids with pH 2-13, capable of handling solvents, and sterilizable by all methods. Designed for processing suspensions (15-50 µm) and emulsions (1-10 µm). Max temperature up to 220°C, vacuum compatible at 1 mbar, and maximum pressure 6 bar. Ideal for high-performance dispersing applications in laboratory and industrial environments.
