The IKA SAS-1 Spiraladapter is designed for precise measurement of very sticky and viscous samples. It allows analysis of flow behavior across different shear rates with a spiral geometry spindle. Constructed from durable stainless steel 1.4404, it features an M2.5 left-handed threaded connection, a holding bracket, and a length of 41.2 mm. Suitable for temperatures up to 300°C, it offers a viscosity accuracy of 2% and reproducibility of 0.2%. It accommodates a range of viscosities from 984 mPa.s to 84,000,000 mPa.s, making it ideal for vigorous sample testing. Dimensions are 160 x 82 x 270 mm, with a weight of 0.527 kg. Not compatible with quick- or hook coupling.
