The Silentstream flow restrictor is designed to prevent vortex formation during dispersion processes and minimize air entrainment into the medium. It enables the dispersing tool to be immersed centrally in the vessel without dry running of the bearing, allowing dispersing smaller quantities and working at higher speeds. The axial sliding feature ensures optimal adjustment to the vessel diameter. Made from PEEK, it facilitates easy cleaning in the dishwasher or sterilization using standard methods. The material offers excellent chemical resistance and can withstand continuous operation at temperatures up to 260 °C. Compatible with various IKA dispersing tools including S25N-18G, S25N-25G, S25N-25F, S25NK-19G, S25KV-18G, S25KV-25G, S25KV-25F, S18N-19G, S25N-18G ST, and S25N–25G ST.
