The IKA SY 100 Reaktorgefäß is a double-walled chemical reactor vessel made from borosilikatglas 3.3 DIN ISO 3585, designed for precise temperature control and chemical reactions. It has a volume of 100 ml, a flange size of DN 100 with ring groove according to DIN 12214, and includes a stainless steel M 16x1 (male) adapter for attaching temperature hoses. Its dimensions include an inner diameter of 53.6 mm, outer diameter of 90 mm, and height of 196 mm, with a fill height of 48 mm. The vessel supports vacuum applications down to 3 mbar and maximum operation temperatures of up to 230°C. It features a concentric energy-efficient jacket with a fill volume of 0.246 L, inlet/outlet DN 15 connections, and a flat bottom (Klopperboden) for stability.
