IKA SY 1000 Reaktorgefäß is a double-walled glass reactor vessel designed for the EasySyn system. It features a 1000ml capacity, DN 100 flange size with DIN 12214 ring nut flange, and includes a stainless steel M16x1 adapter for connecting temperature hoses. Made from borosilicate glass 3.3 DIN ISO 3585, it handles temperatures from -50°C to 230°C. Equipped with a Klöpperboden base and vacuum applications capable down to 3 mbar. The vessel's dimensions include an internal diameter of 120mm, external diameter 160mm, and a height of 251mm. Suitable for heating and cooling processes with a 0.71L jacket volume, and a working volume ranging from 120ml to 1150ml. Equipped with M16x1 sealed screw system, SW 22 key size, and model includes necessary accessories for laboratory chemical reactions, ensuring durability and precise control in chemical processes and research applications. The vessel maintains stable operation under atmospheric pressure and is made for high-performance lab environments.
