IKA UTL 25 digital Inline ULTRA-TURRAX® is ideal for circulation or flow-through laboratory applications. Features include a modular, stable, and compact construction, sterilizability via autoclave, and the flexibility to be used as a benchtop or stand-alone device with minimal space. It provides a high flow rate of up to 11.6 liters per minute with an open outlet, adaptable for less flow with a valve. Suitable for suspending, emulsifying, and deagglomerating in sterile, air-free inline processes. Compatible with vacuum or pressure up to 6 bar, and can be integrated into batch processes by using the DK 25.11 flow chamber to prevent air intake. The system does not self-prime, and an additional pump can be connected to handle viscous liquids. Designed for intermittent or cyclic operation, with tubing inner diameters of 13 mm inlet and 9 mm outlet for flow chamber compatibility. Power consumption: 500 W, motor speed: 3,000-25,000 rpm, noise level: 73 dB(A). Dimensions: 450x120x100 mm, weight 3.8 kg. Suitable for use in ambient temperatures from 5°C to 40°C, relative humidity up to 80%, and protected to IP20. Voltage: 230 V, 50/60 Hz.
