The optional VOLS spindle VOL-SP-4.2 is designed for sample volumes of 4.2 ml and allows measurements across an extended viscosity range. It features a cylindrical geometry with M2.5 left-hand thread, a hook coupling, and a diameter of 7 mm. The spindle is equipped with a flow chamber and a support bracket, compatible with the specified sample chamber. Operating temperature max is 100°C, with a viscosity accuracy of 2% and repeatability of 0.2%. Measurement ranges include from 599.9 mPa.s to 10,240,000 mPa.s depending on the viscosity level. Made from stainless steel 1.4404, it measures 9 x 59 x 9 mm and weighs 8 g. Suitable for precise viscosity testing in lab environments. Will require the 4.2 ml chamber VOL-C-RTD-4.2 for operation.
