Made from medical-grade plastics, each tube features a permanent, high-contrast 2D code at the bottom for traceability. Equipped with a screw cap in red for secure sealing, these sterile polypropylene tubes have a nominal capacity of 1.0 ml. The stackable clamping racks in 96-well format save space in freezers and on laboratory benches. Compatible with manual multichannel pipettes, these racks reduce contamination risk when open. They are suitable for high-throughput workflows, with rack lids operable by robotic arms. Each 2D code is verified for readability, scanned, and cross-referenced against a comprehensive database, ensuring no duplicates within the Thermo Scientific Matrix range. These tubes undergo leak-proof testing, ensuring sample integrity. Ideal for sample storage, tracking, and high-volume processing environments.
