The Matrix SepraSeal Cover system includes non-sterile sealing mats designed for securely sealing sample tubes, including options with or without 2D barcode capabilities. These mats are compatible with storage at temperatures down to -20 °C and allow individual or batch sealing of 96 tubes. Their elastomer material provides good chemical resistance and low evaporation rates, maintaining sample integrity during storage and handling. The pre-slit design enables easy access via piercing or removal with a cap removal tool (sold separately), with the pre-slit version suitable for multiple piercings. The Matrix DuraSeal sealing mats offer a permanent seal, are pre-slit, and designed for storage at -80 °C, ensuring long-term sample preservation. Used widely in laboratories for high-throughput sample sealing, these mats facilitate efficient, reliable, and safe sample management.
