The POLYSORP surface offers medium protein affinity (200-250 ng d'IgG per cm²), ideal for detecting antigens with moderate affinity. Each plate contains 60 units, with each strip comprising 8 wells, making it efficient for high-throughput testing. The plate's durability and surface chemistry ensure high reproducibility and consistent binding performance, supporting sensitive and specific immunoassays.
