SCAT Safety Cap II, GL45, PFAS-Analytik, is a hermetically sealing screw cap designed for safe solvent transfer in HPLC applications. Made with polypropylene core, it features an air valve, change indicator, and multiple PP fittings (1.6 mm, 2.3 mm, 3.2 mm OD) for flexible connection options. Comes with a blind plug and labelling field for identification. Specifically engineered to meet PFAS analytical standards for polyfluorinated chemicals in accordance with DIN 38407-42 and 38414-14. Compatible with standard GL45 laboratory bottles from manufacturers such as SCHOTT, DURAN, WHEATON, and KIMBLE. Ensures secure sealing, chemical resistance, and proper venting, ideal for trace analysis of PFAS compounds, preventing contamination and sample loss during processing. Suitable for laboratories handling sensitive fluorinated chemical analyses, providing reliable, contamination-free sample handling in research and analytical settings.
