Safety Cap II, GL45 is a hermetically sealing screw cap designed for laboratory bottles used in HPLC applications. It features an integrated air valve for controlled venting, a change indicator for monitoring seal integrity, and multiple PFA fittings (1.6 mm, 2.3 mm, 3.2 mm OD) for secure fluid connections. The cap includes a PFA blind plug to ensure airtight closure and a labeling field for identification. Compatible with bottles from SCHOTT, DURAN, WHEATON, KIMBLE (DWK), the cap prevents escape of harmful vapors, protects samples from contamination, and maintains system integrity during solvent handling. Made of chemically resistant materials suitable for demanding laboratory environments, ensuring safety and reliability in solvent supply to HPLC systems.
