SCAT Safety Caps B83 are hermetically sealed closures designed for secure and contamination-free delivery of solvents into HPLC systems. Equipped with a vent valve, these caps prevent vapor buildup and ensure safety. The change indicator allows easy monitoring of cap status. They include four PFA fittings each of 1.6 mm, 2.3 mm, and 3.2 mm outer diameter, fabricated from chemically resistant PFA. The caps also feature three PFA blind plugs for sealing unused fittings. Suitable for round canisters such as NALGENE, these screw caps maintain system integrity by blocking harmful vapors and protecting against external contamination, thus ensuring reliable operation of high-performance liquid chromatography systems.
