Safety Cap VI, GL45 is a hermetically sealing screw cap designed for laboratory bottles compatible with GL45 threading. It includes a vent with an air valve to prevent pressure buildup, a change indicator for monitoring, and six PFA fittings in diameters of 1.6 mm, 2.3 mm, and 3.2 mm OD, enabling secure connection of tubing and transfer lines. The cap also features five PFA blind plugs to seal unused ports and a labeling field for sample identification. These caps ensure safe storage and delivery of solvents in HPLC applications by preventing vapor escape and contamination, maintaining system integrity, and supporting secure, inert connections with compatible bottles from brands such as SCHOTT, DURAN, WHEATON, and KIMBLE (DWK).
