SCAT Safety Waste Caps provide hermetic sealing for secure disposal of solvents and HPLC waste. Equipped with four PFA fittings (2.3 mm and 3.2 mm OD) and a GL14 connection for exhaust filters, these caps ensure pressure equalisation and occupational safety. The integrated exhaust filter contains three layers of activated carbon, effectively binding vapours from solvents, acids, and alkalis, preventing emissions and ensuring workplace safety. Designed with thread B83 / 83B, they fit round canisters such as those from NALGENE, making them suitable for laboratory environments requiring secure and safe waste management, compliance with safety standards, and minimisation of hazardous vapour release.
