SCAT Safety Waste Cap S55 is designed for safe disposal of solvents and HPLC waste. It features hermetic sealing, a mechanical level control, and three PFA fittings (2.3 mm and 3.2 mm OD) for secure attachment of tubing. An earthing connection ensures safety against static buildup, while the GL14 connection allows integration with exhaust filters containing activated carbon layers. The cap prevents vapor escape, maintains pressure equilibrium, and enhances laboratory safety during waste handling. The combination of these features makes it suitable for high-safety environments dealing with hazardous chemical waste, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational convenience.
