SCAT Safety Waste Cap S70/71 is designed for secure disposal of hazardous lab waste, including solvents and HPLC residues. Equipped with three PFA-Fittings (2.3 mm OD and 3.2 mm OD), it ensures tight sealing to prevent leaks. The grounding connection enhances safety by allowing proper earthing, reducing electrical hazards. The GL14 connection allows attachment of an exhaust filter that contains three layers of activated carbon, effectively adsorbing vapors from solvents, acids, and alkalis. This combination provides pressure equalization, preventing overpressure or vacuum conditions in waste containers. Ideal for laboratories handling volatile or hazardous chemicals, ensuring safe waste management, minimizing exposure risks, and supporting occupational safety standards. Made from chemically resistant materials suitable for laboratory environments.
