SCAT Safety Waste Cap S70/71 is designed for safe disposal of volatile solvents, acids, and alkalis in laboratory environments. It features hermetic sealing with integrated electronic level control for monitoring waste level, ensuring safe pressure regulation. Equipped with dual PFA fittings (2.3 mm and 3.2 mm OD) for flexible fluid connection, alongside a PP tube connector (5.0 to 11.5 mm ID). The cap includes a GL14 connection for an exhaust filter, which contains three layers of activated carbon to adsorb solvent vapors and prevent emissions. This setup enhances laboratory safety by controlling hazardous vapors and maintaining system pressure. Suitable for use with laboratory waste containers, it ensures a secure, airtight environment for chemical waste management, complying with safety standards for handling solvents and HPLC waste streams.
