The SCAT Air Valve for PFAS-Analytic applications features a UNF 1/4" 28G connection, designed to prevent harmful vapours from escaping and to ensure safe pressure equalization in HPLC storage tanks. It maintains solvent stability by creating a closed system, preventing evaporation. Equipped with a filter membrane to keep solvents and system components clean, it supports PFAS (polyfluorinated chemicals) analysis according to DIN 38407-42 or DIN 38414-14 standards. The valve's service life is approximately 6 months, suitable for regular and long-term laboratory use. It includes 8 units per package, with a Luer-Lock connection for gas infusion and a change indicator for timely maintenance. Constructed from polypropylene (PP), it offers chemical compatibility and durability in laboratory environments, ensuring robust performance during PFAS chemical analysis.
