SCAT Safety Caps are hermetic screw closures designed for secure solvent supply in HPLC systems. Made with polypropylene core, these GL45 thread caps accommodate laboratory bottles such as SCHOTT, DURAN, WHEATON, and KIMBLE. Equipped with a vent valve, change indicator, and interchangeable PP fittings in 1.6 mm, 2.3 mm, and 3.2 mm diameters, the caps ensure safe and reliable containment of hazardous chemicals, including PFAS (polyfluorinated chemicals) as per DIN 38407-42 or 38414-14 standards. These caps provide chemical resistance, leak-proof sealing, and compatibility with PFAS analytical procedures, making them ideal for high-purity and environmental testing environments. The design facilitates easy handling and precise sample management, supporting accurate PFAS analysis and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
