The SymLine T-piece is a modular system component designed for liquid waste disposal in laboratory settings. Made from electrically conductive PE-HD, the T-piece features 3 openings with 32 mm inner diameter, 2 pipe screw connections, and one open pipe end to facilitate connection of liquid waste lines such as for solvents, acids, or alkalis. It includes a PTFE-EL sealing ring and a knurled nut for a secure fit. With a tensile strength of 400 N and a tightening torque between 10 and 15 Nm, it ensures reliable and durable connections. The conductive plastic complies with SEFA 3 & 8 standards and is suitable for zones 0, 1, and 2 according to hazard regulations, making it ideal for hazardous or sensitive chemical environments. The system connects multiple laboratory units, HPLC modules, and fume cupboards to a central waste collection point, ensuring safe, chemical-resistant, and electrically conductive liquid waste management in compliance with safety standards.
