Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Spyndl website, demo request flow, public schemas, documentation, and services unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Using Spyndl

  • You may use the Spyndl website, schemas, documentation, and services only in accordance with these terms and any separate written agreement that applies to your organization.
  • If a separate written agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement controls for the services covered by that agreement.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
  • You must provide accurate account and organization information and keep it current.
  • You may not attempt to access another organization, account, product catalogue, or system without authorization.

Customer content

  • Customers retain ownership of product catalogue data, files, metadata, and other content they provide to Spyndl.
  • You grant Spyndl the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to provide content to Spyndl.

Acceptable use

  • You may not use Spyndl to break the law, infringe rights, interfere with service operation, bypass security, scrape protected areas, or upload malicious code.
  • You may not reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to disrupt Spyndl except where allowed by law.

Schemas and documentation

  • Spyndl schemas and documentation are provided to help systems understand AI-readable product data and product graph structures.
  • They may change over time as the service evolves.

Availability and changes

  • We aim to keep Spyndl reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, schemas, documentation, or service when needed.

Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spyndl is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spyndl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
